      Connect to Fortnox

      To connect to Fortnox, you need to have certain permissions and modules as outlined below.

      Permissions

      Make sure the user you are trying to log in with has sufficient permissions.

      You can find the list of users under the Company menu (at the top in the middle of Fortnox) > Administer users.

      The user must have System Admin permissions.

      Modules

      Modules that must be active in Fortnox:

      • Accounting
      • Billing
      • API (Module Integration)
        • You activate / find it by clicking on your profile at the top right.
        • Select Additional order
        • Scroll down and look for "Integration".

      It may take a little while for it to download your entire chart of accounts. You will need it in the next step.
